- At least 2 years of finance/ accounting experience in a multinational company or Accounts Payable or General Accounting or Record to Report experience at a Shared Service Centre environment
- Fundamental knowledge of financial statement preparation;
- IFRS and/or other EU GAAP experience is an advantage
- University or college degree in Finance or Accounting is an advantage
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Experience with ERP / Reporting systems
- Proactive and “can do” mindset
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to adopt change

- Handle the financial accounting (specifically for inventories and freight, AP 3rd party accruals, suspense accounts clearing, Balance Sheet clearing)
- Manage the month end closing tasks
- Manage the manual journal entry requests
- Be first point of contact to business partners on defined entities
- Run the Balance Sheet reconciliations and review with business partners
- Run the reporting activities
- Ensure quality and timeliness of the operational tasks in the field of Record to Report
- Participate in ensuring process integration and strong relationships with interdependent functions
- Deliver according to agreed service requirements
- Contribute to the department process and system improvement initiatives
- Participate in assigned projects – promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation.
- Perform activities in line with internal and external controls, regulations, compliance
