Sales Capability Manager

Key Objective:
Ensure the company sales organisation is well- equipped to reach its maximum capability to implement company strategies and deliver annual targets through development of People, Process and Technology.

- Education: Bachelor of Economics/ Arts
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in other FMCG company.
- Skills:
- Must have strong communication skills & presentation skill
- Required planning skill & logic thinking
- Extremely well organized, data-driven and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Both spoken and written English and Vietnamese skills required

- Capability building for Sales team
- Define individual and team Roles & Responsibilities, competency required for each sales position based on the company mission, strategies, competencies
- Address competency gaps of each individual and team through variety of methodology (TNA, survey, observation,…)
- Design, develop and implement comprehensive annual sales capability agenda that fulfil the competency gaps and ensure the development of knowledge, sales leadership skills and disciplines
- Owner onboarding program to ensure fundamental knowledge and skills
- Ensure sales equipment (sales kit, AAFS) are developed and utilised for the development of sales capability.
- Conduct “Train the trainer” program
- Implement systems and metrics to measure the success of all sales capability development initiatives
- Engagement
- Design, communicate, track and measure efficiency of engagement program (sales contest program,…)
- Owner sales’ communication (DT decoration, nomination,…)
- Talent development
- Design and own the talent development program to ensure field force pipeline
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
