Area Control Officer is responsible for providing administrative & accounts services in area office. The job requires to monitor and process all payment cycle, with proper book keeping ensuring timely milk and other operations related payments in a transparent way. The position requires preparing and forwarding the payroll of contract employees to MPAS zonal office by following the strict timelines. The job incumbent has to ensure the in time availability of all types of material for unhindered and effective operations of area office. The job is administrative and operational in nature, with the main emphasis on coordination with all area staff and MPAS zonal office.

Responsibilties:
Ensure FHSE is top priority and compliance to FHSE is part of all operations.
Purchase documents will be sent to accounts after checking and verification of suppliers’ names, codes, and all calculations and then entering all the data in Computer on daily basis.
Milk purchase validation on daily basis.
After receiving the new suppliers’ information forms from respective area officer, it is the core responsibility of AAO to check and verify all the information given thereof before sending it to MPD Head Office.
C/O payment will be reduced to zero.
To send the C/O signed copies (if any) to MPD Accounts on weekly basis.
Rate differences, short payments will be notified to accounts through e-mail within a week.
Incentive inputs of field staff by 7th of every month
Send monthly Chilling capacity utilization report after proper reconciliation of Chiller and Gensets with MPD Accounts.
To prepare Daily Logistics Cost Sheet and send to concerns.
Dully approved fortnightly bills to be sent to logistics within 3 working days.
To monitor and report the logistics costs to logistics dept. on daily basis.
Accruals to be forwarded to accounts on last working day of every month.
Efficient utilization of funds, PCDV claim will not exceed more than 50k.
Three stage Gain/(loss) to be sent to accounts/FOM on Weekly basis.
Reconciliation of Gain/Loss with MPAS Accounts on weekly and monthly basis.
Cash/bank registers will be filled on daily basis. No cash will be paid without getting signed by recipient on the required document.
Monthly reconciliation of cash and bank register. Cash will be kept in iron safe and physical count on daily basis.
A control list of all shop agreements will be prepared with the start and expiry date of agreements to ensure the timely renewal of agreements.
