The Sales Force Effectiveness & Capability Manager is responsible for driving performance improvement of sales team (General Trade/Modern Trade/Business-To-Business) through effective sales force structure design, capability development, and continuous improvements in sales effectiveness. This role ensures the sales team is equipped with the right skills, tools, and Remuneration Policy to meet or exceed company sales targets.

- Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in other FMCG company.
- Skills:
- Must have strong communication & presentation skills.
- Required planning skill & logic thinking.
- Extremely well organized, data-driven and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Native in Vietnamese, fluent in English (spoken and written)

1. Sales Force Structure Design and Optimization:
- Design and optimize the sales force structure to ensure role definitions, territory allocations, and resources are aligned with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust the structure for maximum coverage and efficiency.
2.Capability Development & Talent Management:
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales capabilities, including training, sales engagement, and talent development.
- Own Sales communication agenda.
- Foster a high-performance culture to motivate the sales team.
3.Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), KPI and Compensation Plans:
- Design and manage Sales performance KPIs, along with fair, motivating compensation structures.
- Corporate with Route to Market team to analyse sales performance data to identify improvements and implement best practices.
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Route to Market, Sales, CCD (Channel & Category Development) & HR to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager to improve performance of Sales Team
