Ce ne dorim

  • 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in foodservice or coffee-related industries.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Skilled in relationship-building, able to influence and inspire in an international environment.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and adaptable, with a passion for sales and strategy.
  • Curious about different cultures and eager to grow.
  • Willing to travel (20%) within Europe.

  • Salary between €3,800 and €5,100 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time); 
  • Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension; 
  • Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home; 
  • NS business card for train travel or €0.23 per km travel allowance (max 30 km one way).
  • 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance; 
  • Free milk & cheese during lunch and delicious barista coffee at our headquarters.

Own & grow your markets

  • Manage our existing International distributors located in South and Central Europe and build long-term relationships that fuel success.
  • Coach and train distributors to sell smarter, market better, and win more Lattiz customers.
  • Work together with our Technical team to ensure distributors’ performance is reached.
  • Team up with sales support, marketing and internal disciplines to strength our Distributor network in their markets.
  • Track performance, forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay connected with distributors primarily through digital channels, ensuring strong relationships and business growth.
  • Some travel will be required to visit distributors to max performance.


Support appointed partners in Germany

  • Handle general requests from appointed partners in Germany in order to keep things smooth and efficient.
  • Be the bridge between appointed German partners and internal disciplines, making sure everything clicks for our partners.
