Vacaturetekst
As a Cost Price Analyst, you will act as the Finance Business Partner for cost pricing for one of our RFC business groups. You support how we manage, analyze, and communicate cost price performance across the company. This includes maintaining and analyzing cost prices for products, monitoring trends and variances, supporting new product development. You provide insights that help Supply Chain and Commercial teams make informed decisions on areas such as pricing, product launches, and profitability management.
Business Partnering - You serve as the first point of contact for cost price-related questions. You closely collaborate with Supply Chain Finance (i.e. plant controllers or procurement controllers) and Commercial Finance stakeholders, providing insights that support informed decisions. During the annual update cycle, you collect and consolidate cost price inputs and present them to commercial teams to ensure transparency and full alignment.
Monthly Outlook Process - You coordinate the monthly cost price outlook, gathering input from different stakeholders and ensuring accuracy and consistency. You maintain and prepare the outlook in Power BI, enabling commercial and supply chain teams to make decisions based on reliable, up-to-date insights.
Analytics & Insights - You play a key role in the analytics agenda of the Cost Price Team. Together with IT Data & Analytics, you develop and enhance dashboards and tools that turn data into actionable insights. You contribute to standardizing and digitalizing the way we work. By identifying inefficiencies, automating repetitive tasks, and improving data quality, you help optimize existing processes, enabling more accurate and transparent cost price information. You are encouraged to suggest improvements and implement practical solutions that make our processes more effective and support better decision making across Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
This role offers strong exposure across the organization and creates a solid foundation for future roles such as Business Analyst or Business Controller.
Ons team
You will join the Global Cost Price Team, based in Amersfoort. The team consists of eight colleagues, including Cost Accountants and Cost Price Controlling Analysts, from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. We work closely together and with stakeholders across RFC to create impact on business performance. The atmosphere is collaborative, pragmatic, and focused on continuous improvement.
We work in a hybrid model: typically three days in the office for collaboration and team alignment, and two days working from home for concentrated work.
