Supply Chain Financial Controller
Acts as a business partner for Romanian Supply Chain departments to support in decision making process, to provide proper insight in cost development, profitability of SKUs and to monitor the actual results of Supply Chain initiatives versus budget and forecast.
What we ask
University graduate in Economics or another Finance related studies;
3 years+ of professional experience in Supply Chain Controlling and/or experience in Supply Chain department
Able to understand profit and loss elements, calculations and basic business finance (e.g. gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash flows, overhead etc)
SAP working experience is needed
Strong project management skills
Very good analytical, problem solving and planning skills
Good communication skills
Fluency in English
Accuracy in work
Ability to work well under pressure and with short deadlines
Reliable team player
Integrity, mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior managers
Structured, well-organized, self-driven.

Vacancy description
The occupant of this role:
Has a proper understanding of the cost drivers within the Supply Chain (Production, Procurement, Milk Collection, Logistics) to act as business partner for Supply Chain departments
Ensures high quality planning of Supply chain related costs during budget, forecasting and month-end closing processes
Clarity on standard costing methodology & principles
Manage & perform standard costing cycle
Report monthly KPI deck for Supply Chain and participate in Supply Chain Monthly Business Review with local and Business Group stakeholders
Monitors and analyses actual performance of Supply Chain in comparison with budget and forecast
Challenges SC management to achieve cost reductions and monitors related actions
Supports in preparing business case for improvements and savings requests
Establishment of policies and procedures for product costing and cost accounting for all types of stock
Enables insight in product profitability, working together with Commercial Controlling
Supports SC management with decision making process and ad hoc requests/reports
Monitoring of working capital related to SC drivers
SAP Key User Coordinator on costing elements
Performs Internal Control Assessments ensuring compliancy to company standards and as Control Owner provides documentation and evidences to other Control Assessors
