Our future colleague will plan, coordinate and control all the manufacturing processes in our Cluj-Napoca Plant so that the established objectives are achieved, ensuring that the products and services are produced efficiently, at the right costs and at the right level of quality, in accordance with safety standards and internal procedures.
What we ask
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience and at least 5 years previous experience in a similar technical role and team management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry;
- Completed university studies in the technical field, preferred food engineering, but not limited (for a good understanding of manufacturing process, technical maintenance, quality, logistics);
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively with clear deadlines in a dynamic, fast changing environment;
- Strategic and operational vision
- Entrepreneurial mindset, great leadership skills
- Change management expertise
- Excellent negociating and communication skills
- Problem solving, solutions and results orientated and the ability to prioritize, flexibility;
- Business proficiency in English

Vacancy description
• Plans, coordinates and controls production activities and quality control in our Cluj-Napoca plant so as to comply with work safety norms, food safety standards and the quality standard set by the company regarding finished products
• Coordinates and motivates employees and ensures that they are all aligned with the company's values, vision, strategies, objectives and priorities
• Ensures the operational control of the processes, ensures their adequate reporting and control; provides all the necessary materials and components for operational continuity
• Establishes and leads the team to achieve the established objectives (SMART) and operational indicators (KPI).
• Monitors the results of the plant's monthly performance indicators, establishes improvement actions to achieve the established performance indicators
• Promotes the initiative and creativity of the team to identify and apply the best practices and technical innovations, contributing to continuous improvements and increasing efficiency
• Plan and monitor the annual and periodic budgets; ensures operational and strategic planning and addressing key investment needs.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with the commercial departments and other departments to achieve the targeted results and realize the set projects
• Ensures compliance with safety and fire protection rules and compliance with all instructions, by all employees in the Cluj-Napoca plant during the performance of any type of work
• Builds a network of professional relationships to ensure a collaborative environment and provide support to his team
