What we ask
Degree in a relevant field, preferably in business or HR
Significant experience in HR, learning, and organizational development, ideally with international exposure
Ability to balance global standards with local needs across diverse cultures
Strong data management skills to analyse and translate trends into actionable strategies
Familiarity with CSRD, ESG (labor & human rights standards including DEI)
Skilled in leading projects and teams across regions and cultures
Action-oriented with problem-solving skills to drive cross-functional projects
Fluency in English

Learning & Development
Identify Needs: Assess development needs across business units in collaboration with HR and business leaders
Set Strategy: Provide strategic direction for learning activities, using best practices and research insights
Program Design: Develop programs to boost global leadership and core competencies; coordinate global roll-outs with consistent quality
Blended Learning: Implement a mix of learning methods focused on maximizing employee potential
L&D Representation: Act as an internal and external representative with L&D providers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Employee Engagement
Strategy Development: Create engagement strategies aligned with company goals
Feedback Mechanisms: Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools to gauge sentiment and drive improvements
Data Analysis: Analyse engagement data to inform senior management and support decision-making
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on engagement trends, bringing new ideas and approaches
ESG – Labor and Human Rights
Annual ESG Reporting: Oversee reporting aligned with ESG and CSRD requirements
Policy Development: Create labor and human rights policies that meet international standards
Wellbeing Programs: Drive programs focused on mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing
DEI Strategy: Develop a comprehensive DEI strategy to foster an equitable and inclusive workplace
Community Engagement: Drive volunteer and donation opportunities, offering paid volunteer time to support local communities
