Join our Marketing & Innovations team as Innovation Project Manager to drive the growth of our business and launch new systems propositions, like Lattiz!
Do you want to initiate, shape and lead complex international innovation projects and bring new systems innovations to the market? You will fill the innovation funnel by bringing ideas to viable propositions and lead and own the development of commercially viable propositions from concept to launch. You collaborate closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders, leveraging their expertise and insights to drive innovation and create value for our customers and the company.
What we ask
- Master’s degree;
- > 8 yrs professional experience in project management, preferably in the professional food&beverage market, concept creation and/or equipment innovation;
- Proven ability to lead international, multipartner project teams with innovative nature;
- Good sense of business, what is needed to win in the market and excellent customer/partner facing;
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal;
- Fluent in English (Dutch and/or German is a pre);
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting, professional, steady, able to deal with tough discussions;
- Influencing skills on all levels up to senior management level;
- Strategic thinking, leadership skills, planning & organization skills, financial management skills, people management in an international environment, partner management skills;
- Flexibility to travel;
- Hands-on mentality.
