Brand Manager

In the role of Brand Manager for FrieslandCampina in Romania you you will develop, coordinate and implement brand activities as communication campaigns, especially for the digital media channel, consumer activation campaigns, as well as the innovation calendar for the managed categories.

What we ask

  • A bachelor degree, preferably in Economics, Communication or Marketing

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or account management

  • Working with strong global or local brands is a plus

  • Preferably experience in successfully managing Digital campaigns: Performance Marketing, Test & Learn type projects; Pilot & Scale-up

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) on all levels in English

  • Experience in Project management and brand portfolio

  •  Planning and organization skills 

  • Analysis, forecasting and evaluation skills

  • Solid understanding of research tools, media and especially Digital

  • Understanding consumer and customer trends

  • Good presentation skills

  • Excellent change management skills of uncertain and ambigous situations

Vacancy description

 

  • Proactive development and implementation of marketing plans and growth strategies (product innovation, multi-channel communication campaigns with a focus on benefit)
  • Adjusts brand strategies with a focus on the accelerated growth of penetration and the building of mental availability
  • Monitors the performance of brands & categories in relation to the budget and planning the actions necessary to reach the target, in a competitive context
  • Identifying, analyzing and exploiting market opportunities for existing and new products / launching new products / delisting inefficient products •
  • Organizes and coordinates promotional campaigns
  • Evaluating the results of promotional campaigns / making decisions for future promotional activities
  • Maintaining marketing expenses within the limits of the approved budget, time and quality standards agreed with superiors.
