We are looking for the best talents to maintain daily sales activities operation and business process of Modern Trade Independent area to achieve targeted sales volume and ensure compliance in company’s sales policies. This position will be covering Cimahi, Cianjur & Sukabumi area.
What we ask
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fluent in English.
- Having at least 2 Year(s) of working experiences in Modern Trade Independent.
- Experience as Supervisor in TOP Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
- Agile, energetic, smart communication & negotiation skill.
- High resilient and high drive for great results.
- Willing to be stationed in Cimahi (West Java), with future possibilities to be rotated to any cities in Indonesia.
- Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license.

Vacancy description
Daily operational of sales team and stock management:
- Handling all sales operation in Modern Trade Independent channel.
- Plan, check and monitor sales & merchandiser activities to ensure product availability & visibility KPI are achieved.
- Coordinate with warehouse team in regards into stock management & availabilities.
Promotion & program execution:
- Monitor and track execution of promotion & program to ensure the implementation compliance and effectiveness.
- Gather data related promotion & program implementation to get feedback from the market.
People Development:
- Conduct briefing & coaching for sales to enhance skill and knowledge.
- Liaise with distributor to keep a good relationship and manage the problem occurred.
Market & Data Analysis:
- Identify market opportunity and competitor data to get updated market condition and competitor activities.
- Prepare data related distributor actual achievement to get comprehensive data for assessment and grading evaluation.
