Technology Specialist

  • Manages Bill of material and technology process activities 
  • Responsible for validation of Processes (QCP, OPRP & CCP)
  • Coordinates implementation of all Change Management activities within the plant to maximize results
  • Troubleshoots with the Plant teams to ensure continuous improvement and losses reduction
  • Manage collaboration with managers in the Plant, Quality Assurance Manager, SHE Manager Engineering Manager, Project Managers, SC Managers

Vacancy description

Process Technology

  • Monitor all technological processes in the Plant and ensure proper utilization of Plant operation processes and systems.

  • Support Plant Manager in ensuring all processes and system comply with SHE and food safety standards/Requirement
  • Coordinates the implementation of all change management activities in the Plant.

 

Material Balance Reporting

  • Ensures bills of material for all production processes and support process optimization in the Plant.
  • Responsible for accurate raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory levels; accuracy of product data for finished product.
  • Manage daily raw material inventory and usage

 

Planning and Execution

  • Participate in proper execution of all process development steps to ensure they comply with FCWAMCO guidelines and standards.
  • Facilitate execution of all processes and systems arising from R&D and Technology development

 

Process/System Validation

  • Support planning and set up experiments that will improve processing and efficiency of Plant
  • Collect and analyze results of executed experiments according to tests, set up register in appropriate Systems in line with FC WAMCO standards

 

Trouble Shooting

  • Support trouble shooting activities in the Plant with the aim of continuous improvement related to product quality, efficiencies, losses, failure costs, (NC) and to ensure more consistency in the final product quality.
  • Interact with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding material losses

 

Dairy knowledge

  • Support dairy knowledge transfer to production staff; updated staff dairy knowledge related with the job functions, in order to maintain the quality of the product according to the required specifications
