Brand Marketing Manager
FrieslandCampina is looking for an experienced Private label Product Manager (PM) for cheese category in France. This position belongs to the Retail and Americas organization, a FC business group present in many European countries and Americas, focused on delivering and making available added value products to the consumers.

You have more than 3 years of relevant product management and marketing experience preferibly within Private Label in the French market and a Degree in Business or related field. Previous experience in Category management in food and dairy is a plus.
You have previously worked in multinational companies with matrix organizations.
Ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and financial reports to drive strategic product decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
You are positive, curious, and take the initiative. You have a real "can-do" and entrepreneurial mentality.
You are an strategic thinker, objective and data driven.
You are hands-on and, with the necessary dose of creativity, always think solution-oriented and customer-first
You communicate smoothly and have a good command of French and English
You are available to travel

Lead the development and execution of the private label product strategy, from concept to launch.
Identify market opportunities and consumer needs to drive product innovation and assortment growth.
Own the P&L and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Monitor performance metrics (sales, margin, market share) and continuously optimize the portfolio for profitability.
Partner with the sales and operations team in order to ensure a proper creation and execution of the strategy.

The Private Label Product Manager France is a pivotal position in our marketing organization and reports directly into our SWEU Marketing Lead. The PM drives the development of innovative and customer-centric products, working closely with internal stakeholders to create and manage a compelling private label assortment that aligns with market trends and strategic goals. The role is based in Paris.
