Candidate Requirements:
- Possess fundamental knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) management, with strong analytical thinking and the ability to perform risk-based assessments.
- Demonstrate a solid business acumen and the ability to apply a practical approach, balancing compliance requirements with business objectives.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve optimal results through collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of responsibilities and consistently seek opportunities to drive improvements and increase efficiency.
- Strong competencies in analytical instruments and related technical knowledge are highly preferred.
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the release process for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Implement food safety standards as required by FrieslandCampina.
- Lead and maintain ISO 17025 standards in the laboratory.
- Develop Quality Control plans, monitor quality trends, and create action plans for continuous improvement.
- Analyze non-conformities in finished products and (raw/packing) materials, and lead root cause analyses to implement corrective actions.
- Investigate product issues/ non conformities and apply corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global QA stakeholders.
- Act as key driver in balancing quality, compliance, and business needs.
