We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree preferably in Technology/Computer Science, Information Management, or Econometrics
- Fresh Graduate with preferably less than two years of working experience
- Fluent in English
- Global mindset, mobility, and focus
- Preferably entry-level experience/internships within IT/Data
- A strong affinity with IT, data analytics, or technology and team player with strong analytical, social, leadership, and result-driven skills

Do you want to be part of building a world-class IT organization and enable FrieslandCampina to thrive in the global market through speed, scalability, and technological expertise? As an IT trainee, you will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across the globe. During this three-year traineeship program, you’ll contribute to transformative projects such as driving commercial effectiveness, implementing cutting-edge business applications, and supporting decision-making through business intelligence and predictive analytics solutions.
About the IT Traineeship
In this traineeship, you’ll apply your technology expertise and data savviness to support FrieslandCampina’s global ambitions. In 2020, the IT organization introduced a new strategy that revolves around nine IT platforms, including Commerce, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, and IT Operations. These platforms hold end-to-end responsibility for delivering IT services that support our business objectives.
During your roles, you’ll work within one of these platforms, gaining practical experience in areas like shaping and implementing new technology strategies, facilitating decision-making with data and AI solutions, setting IT guidelines for the business, and driving digital transformation through process automation. By exploring different platforms throughout your traineeship, you’ll successfully fast-track your development as an IT professional.

Digital Business Analyst Are you curious about blending the physical and virtual worlds to unlock innovative possibilities? As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work across FrieslandCampina, introducing digital solutions to solve existing business challenges. Your role may include analyzing business problems, participating in customer journey mapping, applying structured problem-solving methods, working in agile teams, and advising through design thinking approaches.
Global IT Project Manager As a Global IT Project Manager, you’ll oversee the implementation of IT projects across FrieslandCampina’s international operations. Your tasks may include managing project timelines, coordinating with IT teams in different regions, and ensuring the successful deployment of IT solutions. You’ll also work on digital transformation initiatives to enhance the company’s technological capabilities and drive innovation on a global scale.
