Things are moving in our factory in Targu-Mures.
Our milk has to be processed fast, and the careers are propelled forward at full speed. So, we need someone new in our team as a Process Engineer with solid techbnology knowledge, who wants to grow with us and makes sure things are running at full speed for delivering the best dairy products to our customers. The role is based in Targu-Mures.

What will you do in this role?
- You will develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from the beginning, throughout the start-up and internal certification process, continuously evaluating them, recording and interpreting data;
- You will design, put into operation, test and improve systems and processes, configure new production processes;
- You will collect the necessary data to improve current production processes;
- You will supervise factory operations, investigate failures and/or problems that occur in the process, and ensure that equipment is operating according to (technical) specifications and at the desired capacity - keeping a close link with the maintenance, research and development and production teams;
- You will actively contribute to the decision-making process for industrial automation and to this end, cooperating with the relevant departments (IT / Maintenance / Research and Development) to ensure a continuous improvement of current procedures and processes;
- You will contribute to the achievement of the innovation objectives of the Tg. Mures factory.
