Our Supply Chain requires simplification and standardization to leverage scale and enhance business performance. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive continuous improvement and saving initiatives across our organization. You will lead the transformation, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and sustainable growth. In order to be successful you have deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Problem Solving, and other improvement methodologies, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision and strategic objectives. You will develop and foster a global Process Improvement structure and community.

Background:
- An Academic/Master degree in engineering, food science, business management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Black Belt, Master Black Belt) is required.
- Significant experience in Advanced Process Improvement, quality management, and project management within the dairy or food manufacturing industry. Familiarity with the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the dairy sector.
Key Skills Overview
- Statistical Analysis: Expertise in data analysis, performance measurement, and tools like Minitab/JMP.
- Lean Six Sigma & Problem-Solving: Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, APC, and SPC, with the ability to apply the right methodologies.
- Quality Management: Strong knowledge of quality standards, assurance processes, and system implementation.
Hard Skills
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex, high-risk, international projects, ensuring timely execution and impact.
- Business Acumen: Strategic understanding of operations and finance to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
- Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical skills, leveraging techniques like root cause analysis and FMEA.
Soft Skills
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to navigate diverse interests and build strategic relationships.

Strategic Planning & Deployment
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Advanced Process Improvement strategy, including Lean Six Sigma, Advanced Problem Solving, and other methodologies.
- Ensure all improvement initiatives are aligned with the company’s vision and long-term strategic goals.
Project Selection & Prioritization
- Identify, select and prioritize high-impact projects that drive efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure initiatives align with overarching business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Lean Six Sigma professionals, including Master Black Belts, Black Belts, and Green Belts.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to support successful project execution.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress of improvement initiatives to ensure they remain on course and meet defined objectives.
- Regularly report project outcomes and overall deployment progress to senior leadership.
Change Management & Communication
- Act as a key change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Communicate benefits, progress, and success stories to stakeholders to drive engagement.
Problem Solving & Process Optimization
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and advanced problem-solving techniques to resolve complex business challenges.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.
- Strengthen the Loss and Waste Deep Divers (Performance+) by equipping them with the tools and knowledge required for advanced-level improvement.
