Key objectives:
- Be one-stop shop for all operational network and delivery to ensure all operational KPIs and project OTIF (on-time and in-full)
- Give input to commercial planning and manage project portfolios

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred technicial/commerical field
- Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience; preferred with project management/ manufacturing/ supply chain experience

- Give input on the preliminary feasibility for the draft ideas to support Marketing manager/Project owner to short-list the potential list for 12Q plan and annual plan
- Give input on the projects prioritization and traffic arrangement of all brands in Management Team alignment forum, based on the shareable information on projects contribution and financial targets provided by Marketing manager/Project owner
- Lead operational team to plan and execute all operational tasks. Request tasks from project manager/other stakeholders to make final stage gate proposals
- Be central of contact point for all operational network and delivery; coordinate and provide requested deliverables to project owner by stage gate OTIF
- Facilitate IPM (Innovation Product Management) and portfolio board meetings, challenges and improves business case, secures process for benefit tracking
- Set up portfolio reporting structure and tracks project progress. Measure project status in a way projects can be compared (Principal Toolbox)
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
