Ce ne dorim
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in business partnering role.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proactive attitude.
- A collaborative mindset with a results-driven attitude.

- Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to evaluate sales performance and customer profitability.
- Develop and deliver financial analysis on trade investments, promotional evaluation and pricing strategies to drive actionable insights and sales growth.
- Collaborate with sales leads during month-end closing to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and performance alignment.
- Ensure proper financial controls and governance are in place, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and decision-making across sales operations.
