Financial Planning and Reporting Assistant Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Financial Business Partner to collaborate with budget owners (Management & Leadership team) in managing monthly financial performance, specifically focusing on Selling, General, and Administrative Expenses (SG&A). The goal is to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) reporting and high forecast accuracy, aligning financial results with targets and outlooks.

Academic/ Professional Qualifications
- Education: Business related course (BSA preferred)
- Professional qualification: Member of recognized accounting body or similar qualification (international)
Experience
- 2 - 3+ years of work experience
- Experience with working in professional and multinational FMCG company, a plus
- Has operational knowledge and working experience in finance operations, including financial process and flows
- Local GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) knowledge and clear understanding of P&L, BS and Cashflow
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and SAP ERP systems

Descrierea postului vacant
Yearly:
- Champion the end to end yearly budgeting/ outlook process to ensure AMC have a clear plan to deliver targeted SG&A as cascaded by Corporate team
- Ensure OTIF deliverables of audit requirements for Audited Financial Statement (Local Financial Accounting Reporting)
- Ensure Satisfactory control on FtM process both with Internal and External Audit
- Build Financial Acumen for business team via training and on the job engagement (SG&A management)
Quarterly:
- Champion digitalization roadmap for Finance team. Own end to end digitalization agenda (system maximization, process automation, reporting automation). Run quarterly portfolio review with IT team to ensure projects go OTIF and tangible, impactful results.
Monthly:
- Manage the monthly financial performance (SG&A, BS) to ensure OTIF reporting, high Forecast Accuracy of financial results in line with Target and Outlook. Timely define Risk and Opportunities and call for action.
- Collaborate with business team to drive SG&A optimization/savings initiatives and control financial monthly rolling forecast for SG&A, ensure actual in line with Target and Outlook
- Provide timely, transparent financial information to Management team, Leadership team via MT meeting to ensure right attention and action
- Strong co-ordination with Corporate Reporting, FSSC and Financial Accounting team to ensure Financial reporting integrity on monthly, quarterly, full year basis via compliance with accounting policy, accounting process. Timely cascade to Finance and relevant business team members on critical policy/ process changes and ensure smooth adoption, embedment
- Perform check and balance on Accounting and Reporting process (both local and FSSC services) to ensure sufficient check and control on integrity in financial reporting through monthly regular SG&A and BS review.
