Shopper Marketing Assistant
At FrieslandCampina Hellas we are looking for a Channel Execution Assistant Manager who will join our Channel and Category Development team and will be located in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of promotional programs and in-store activities, ensuring excellent execution, reporting to Channel & Category Development Manager.
What we ask
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Msc degree will be considered a plus.
Prior experience of at least 2 years in shopper marketing / trade marketing / marketing/ sales in the FMCG sector.
Customer – centric and commercial mindset.
Excellent communication & proven presentation skills.
Fluent in English
Can do’ mentality’; results oriented; organizational skills; team player

Vacancy description
Implements customer specific promotional programs and activities, ensuring OTIF execution.
Delivers creative in-store communication tools (pop solutions, displays, materials) tailored to each category/ customer.
Understands customer & channel performance. Contributes to the development of tailored-made plans and actively participates to agencies briefing.
Plans in-store support for new launches and brand activations, ensuring integrated touch-point planning and consistent brand identity/message.
Manages suppliers to ensure cost optimization & quality standards are met. Organizes and monitors the activities of the promoters’ team & ensures implementation of programs.
Maintains and cultivates good cooperation with key stakeholders to ensure flow of information, for the purpose of promotional activation
