Working under operation division, specifically under production department and will be based at Bandar Enstek.

Vacancy description
- Perform daily packaging material ordering, checking, labeling, and staging.
- Acknowledge staging requests from production and supply materials on time and in full.
- Manage stock arrangement, storage, and ensure correct physical inventory aligns with the system in SAP.
- Enforce First In, First Out (FIFO) or First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory methods.
- Maintain the daily clean desk system in SAP and ensure all POs are closed on time.
- Operate and troubleshoot the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to avoid discrepancies between MES and SAP.
- Monitor IDOCs in SAP for every transaction and ensure no errors between SAP and MES during production.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts to ensure stock accuracy and variance reporting.
- Check and process GR/GI of materials into SAP.
- Ensure material batches are monitored and production records are correctly updated and maintained.
- Manage coordination with the warehouse team for staging activities.
