What we ask

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, or Account Management role, preferably within the cheese/dairy or food industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Vacancy description

As a  Sales Support Specialist , you will be a vital member of our sales team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your focus will be on facilitating customer interactions, ensuring accuracy in sales execution, and contributing to the growth of the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, looking to develop further into an account or sales management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up on inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies and execution of plans.
  • Assist in preparing and executing sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and manage customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to help drive sales strategies and goals.

Team Details

This position is in our Paramus, New Jersey Sales Office.

FrieslandCampina Americas manages a wide portfolio of around 40 markets in the region. We aim to be the preferred partner of our customers and consumers for cooking and entertainment cheese occasions, and everyday dairy consumption. The team specializes in Distributor and Key Account management to continuously develop, strengthen, and grow the business with our local business partners. Hereby making use of the great brands, products, and capabilities FrieslandCampina has to offer.

The team is spread over different locations: Paramus, NJ (Americas Head office), Miami FL (Latin America Regional Office), Netherlands, Brazil and Mexico.
