RTR Specialist (Supply chain)

What we ask

  • At least 2 years of finance/ accounting experience in a multinational company or Accounts Payable or General Accounting or Record to Report experience at a Shared Service Centre environment
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial statement preparation;
  • IFRS and/or other EU GAAP experience is an advantage
  • University or college degree in Finance or Accounting is an advantage
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Experience with ERP / Reporting systems
  • Proactive and “can do” mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to adopt change

Vacancy description

  • Handle the financial accounting (specifically for inventories and freight, AP 3rd party accruals, suspense accounts clearing, Balance Sheet clearing)
  • Manage the month end closing tasks
  • Manage the manual journal entry requests
  • Be first point of contact to business partners on defined entities
  • Run the Balance Sheet reconciliations and review with business partners
  • Run the reporting activities
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of the operational tasks in the field of Record to Report
  • Participate in ensuring process integration and strong relationships with interdependent functions
  • Deliver according to agreed service requirements
  • Contribute to the department process and system improvement initiatives
  • Participate in assigned projects – promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation.
  • Perform activities in line with internal and external controls, regulations, compliance
