What we ask
At least 5 or more years of work experience in a pharmaceutical company excipient manufacturer or high regulated food market, preferably in a quality related role
Outstanding verbal and written communication in English (German or Dutch are nice to have but not mandatory)
Strong customer focus
Good prioritization and organisational skills

Vacancy description
Answer customer questions related to quality topics in our electronic system.
Create customer statements related to quality topics and have them approved in our quality management system.
Track, report and follow up on CAPA’s.
Track status and update quality specific certifications (e.g. Halal, Kosher, ISO etc.)
Back up for complaint handling and questionnaires.
Back up sys-admin for MasterControl.
What does success look like?
Support our international pharmaceutical customers by answering inquiries related to quality of our products and services
Keep track on our internal improvements by maintaining the CAPA process
Smooth running complaint handling as back-up
Team Details
You will work in a Quality Systems team with six colleagues, who are specialized in different topics
You will report to the Quality Director
Close collaboration with Customer Management Officers / Local production sites
Where will you be working?
The vacancy is located in Goch (Germany), which is close to Nijmegen (The Netherlands) and Düsseldorf (Germany)
Home Office for 2 days a week is possible
