What we ask
- At least a completed bachelor’s degree
- A Global mindset and mobility
- Fresh Graduate with preferably less than two years of working experience
- Fluent in English
- Affinity with both marketing and sales
- Extracurricular activities that showcase your drive and leadership like a commercial internship at a multinational company

FrieslandCampina’s Regional Commerce track brings together diverse marketing departments, offering you a range of exciting jobs such as Shopper Marketing, Business Development, and Brand Management. As a commercial trainee, you’ll collaborate with both international and national clients, gaining exposure to various markets and strategies.

Commercial Lattiz Trainee: Lattiz is one of the 3 strategic categories of FrieslandCampina Professional. Join us as Global Trainee to grow your commercial skills within Marketing & Sales for Lattiz and develop your leadership skills through extensive stakeholder management in- and externally. Whether you participate in briefing, executing and analyzing a European-wide marketing campaign, or you investigate how our markets can expand their volume and margins, your aim is to support the Lattiz markets in growing the business and ensure happy customers. In this role you will be ensuring perfect commercial execution of the Lattiz stand-alone marketing & sales strategy based on the Lattiz Commercial Excellence Playbook. You'll perform data analyses based on PowerBi and Salesforce data to uncover volume and/or margin growth opportunities for Lattiz in Europe and you'll collaborate with local Lattiz Sales teams to execute their Marketing needs on- and offline, in alignment with the Marketing Manager and external agencies
Cheese B2B - Industry & Trading: As part of our Cheese Strategy, this role focuses on conducting comprehensive market research to identify new sales opportunities within the global foil cheese market. You will execute market mapping to understand market dynamics and potential growth area. Identifying and assessing opportunities for business development, and initiate follow-up with support and guidance of sales managers. Your key responsibilities will include: conducting detailed analysis to uncover new sales opportunities and trends in the global foil cheese market, collaborating with sales managers to follow up on research outcomes and support new business development initiatives, and investigating potential improvements for our Side Flows business to enhance efficiency and profitability.
