What we ask

  • Bachelor or Master student, preferably in business administration, quality management or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills as a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
  • Quick comprehension and ability to understand complex processes
  • Structured, reliable and well-organized working style with a proactive, self-driven approach to learning new systems

Vacancy description

  • Direct written communication with customers (internal and external) in English
  • Gathering customer contractual requirements and preparing draft texts to discuss with the line manager before further processing
  • Supporting internal and external alignment to reach mutually agreed solutions
  • Ensuring precise, customer-oriented and efficient execution of tasks
  • Maintaining reliable, accurate and structured documentation of all activities

Team Details

  • You will work closely with colleagues from Quality, Commercial and Supply Chain functions
  • You will report to the responsible line manager within the quality/customer documentation function

​​​​​​​The role is located in Goch (Germany), which is close to Nijmegen (The Netherlands) and Düsseldorf .
