Medical Nutrition Segment Lead

We’re looking for a visionary leader to enhance our position as the market leader in caseinates within the Medical Nutrition (MN) segment, while driving growth across both our core and innovation portfolios. This role is central to unlocking growth opportunities across the full Medical segment, with a strong focus on adult nutrition, one of FCI’s key growth areas. You’ll work at the forefront of a highly strategic and future-oriented agenda, helping to define and deliver against our bold ambitions for the years ahead. What we ask
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree. Preferably in Business Economics, Marketing, Food Technology, Nutrition, or Business Administration.
- 10–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in strategic development, innovation, and in-market execution.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and see the bigger picture, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Proven experience in delivering business growth through successful execution of marketing and commercial strategies.
- Solid understanding of cross-functional project management and working within multidisciplinary teams.

Vacancy description
- You will develop the long-term global strategy for the Medical Nutrition segment, including portfolio direction, execution plans, and innovation/application priorities.
- You will map the global Medical Nutrition market, identifying trends, opportunities, and strategic focus areas.
- You will take the lead as commercial owner and Principal in New Product Development (NPD), driving the innovation roadmap and building strong business cases for all Medical innovations.
- You will define and implement the brand positioning and thought leadership strategy, reinforcing our authority in the Medical Nutrition space.
- You will own the clinical roadmap, ensuring clinical and scientific initiatives are aligned with business and innovation goals.
- You will create global value propositions and work closely with regional marketing teams - especially in China, APAC - and with corporate key accounts to tailor messaging for local relevance.
- You will analyze competitor strategies and proactively develop counterstrategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- You will lead thought leadership campaign execution in collaboration with Marcom, and sign off on all new marketing materials for the Medical segment.
- You will drive global customer segmentation and serve as the direct marketing lead for two key customer accounts.
- You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director, Performance, Active & Medical Nutrition.
