You know how it works in IT and want to broaden you scope to other disciplines. You share our ambition to simplify, standardize, and optimize our processes, always. You like to make big steps, but prioritize solid data foundations over flashy solutions, to embed them into the organization.
You have around 7 years or more experience in a IT related function. Preferably added with project management or other discipline (Finance) experiences. You have a bachelor's degree; a master’s is preferred. More importantly, you are always willing to learn and challenge yourself with new learning activities on and off the job.

If you’re passionate about data-drivenness, optimizing processes, and making an impact, this is an exciting opportunity for you. The Global Finance D&A team is looking for a Data & Analytics Translator who operates in the intersection between Finance and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Value: Supports business-driven data initiatives through various stages (inspiration, ideation, implementation, adoption).
- Data Literacy: Raise data literacy within the organization by educating and coaching employees.
- Business Requirements: Translate business needs into data and analytics solutions.
Role focus:
- Facilitate data-driven change and create business value.
- Support analytics and BI development, data governance occasionally.
- Spend most time with the business, interacts with IT.
- Reporting to Manager D&A Finance, within Corporate FP&A
Key Skills:
- Soft Skills: Communication, education, facilitation, creative thinking, teamwork, collaboration, relationship management, presentation
- Data & Analytics Skills: Basic understanding of analytics, AI, data management, data architecture, data structures, data governance,
- Domain Skills: IT processes, Finance area is preferred, business process transformation, business data understanding.
- Other Skills: Project management, agile/scrum, business case development, UX/design.
- Technology Skills: Intermediate understanding of PowerBI, preferably some knowledge on data integration tools, data modeling.
