E2E Supply Planning Lead

Under Project Anura we are implementing a new way of working in our Global Supply Chain (both Demand and Supply planning) by introducing a next generation planning tool from OMP. Our aim is to move from a short term static sequential planning to a synchronized, data driven planning with E2E visibility across our Supply Chain both on short and longer term horizon.
The total program consists of 2 workstreams: Demand Planning, Supply Planning (which also includes link to scheduling and MRP planning). The program started with the demand planning workstream in 2023, which is currently in full deployment mode. For Supply Planning build started and first go live is scheduled in November ’25.
In this role you will lead the Anura Supply Planning workstream for the full global scope. This entails driving the workstream E2E from design, build to deploy including managing the team of Supply Deployment leads. In this role you bare responsibility to execute the Supply Planning workstream within the set boundaries of time, resources and scope.
What we ask
- Academic/Master level of education/thinking, preferably with more than 10 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Understanding of (customer) supply chain, experience within RFC is a plus
- Experience in supply chain planning excellence projects
- Experience in implementation management and/or commissioning, experience with OMP solution is a pre
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (English must, Dutch optional)
- Pro-active/action oriented, self-starter, can do mentality
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
- Pragmatic and flexible, able and willing to travel to the assigned deployment scope
- Dynamic/energetic, able to motivate and engage with colleagues and management

Vacancy description
- As E2E Supply Planning lead you drive the solution design process in line with the set requirements and boundaries of available budget including sign off via existing governance structure (Thinktank, BPO and Steerco)
- You drive the build activities of IT vendor (together with IT and our System Integrator) and manage testing/sign off of design via business
- In this role you are responsible for setting up the deployment methodology for implementing Supply scope including entry and exit criteria based on the existing methodology for Demand Planning
- The role is E2E responsible for making detailed planning of Supply planning scope in accordance with roadmap and interdependencies with other programs (e.g. Optimus). This includes E2E responsibility for executing the Supply planning scope within set boundaries of time, resources and scope and in accordance with entry criteria
- As E2E Supply lead you participate in the Deployment and Progress Steerco’s to report on status, risks and escalating issues.
- You manage the senior stakeholders within the Supply Chain community (Manager Supply Planning, Directors Plan & Deliver, Manufacturing Directors). On top of that the role liaises with the Operational Excellence Directors and functional experts, OMP project managers, IT and D&A management.
- This transformative way of working entails more than solely implementing a new tool. Change management and continuous improvement capabilities thinking are key. As E2E Supply Planning lead you need to have a holistic view of system link to Target Operating Model of RFC and potential of system and WoW. You have a leading role in managing one global template development and adherence, balancing specific requirements/asks from some against the benefit of full RFC. You need to make sure that senior stakeholders stay aligned and escalations are managed via the existing governance structure. In this context you deal with tradeoffs and potential conflict and coach colleagues and your Deployment Leads to bring the system template into action!
Team Details
The Project Anura team is part of the Operational Excellence team of our Global Supply Chain organization and is based in Amersfoort. You will be part of a diverse, ambitious team and will report to the Program Director, Tineke Folkers. You will frequently be in contact with our global Supply Chain organization and will visit them during deployment.
