What we ask

  • 6 years of proven experience in marketing, communication or business-related fields; B2B or food service experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of Bakery channel (preferably within FMCG environment); if not, related industry experience with big passion for food
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field
  • Business acumen & budget management experience
  • Customer focus: curious about operators and promotes outside-in thinking
  • Strong execution of plans and activities
  • Performance & data-driven mindset

Vacancy description

We are looking for our Bakery channel manager to develop the following:

  • Develop and execute local Bakery channel marketing plans based on food professional insights, competitor landscape, customer growth drivers and business objectives
  • Own the local Bakery strategy and drive 12Q plans based on channel and operator insights
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns including relevant trade promotions and fairs
  • Manage product portfolio activities for hero assortment, innovation and renovation projects; lead local innovation projects from ideation & business case creation to launch
  • Create value for operators with Debic brand by delivering effective communication based on operator insights, guest trends and top dishes
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and ensure maximum impact where applicable 
  • Manage local A&P budget spend and forecast

Team Details

Thoughtful collaboration with - Country managers & Commercial team, Horeca manager, Finance, Digital team, ambassadors, customers and/ or distributors, category team.
