As our KAM you will manage some of our most important national and regional accounts at the same time that you will ensure the right implementation of the company strategy.

What we ask
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in KAM positions in FMCG companies, preferably in the food industry
- Experience working in international multinational companies
- Fluency in Spanish & English, written and spoken is a must for the role

Vacancy description
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for delivering business results by securing the sales plan realization balancing the retailing mix, acquiring and retaining new and potential accounts, ensuring the development of a long-term relationship with key Spanish retailers based on strategic partnership, aligning common goals and an in-depth category/retailer understanding.
The role will also be accountable for delivering the best financial and operational results for the assigned clients, identifying opportunities within the retail channel with a focus on FrieslandCampina brands and private label deals.
Other related activities are:
- Sales strategy: define the correct approach for each of the assigned customers
- Account management: create a trustworthy and mutually beneficial relationship with our clients, reaching and keeping agreements with them
- Sales Forecast: ensure forecast accuracy. Support the logistic team in order to keep correct inventory levels
- Revenue management: set trade terms. Negotiate prices and conditions, align all commercial policies, ensure efficiency of overall spent
