Project Manager

In this role you run several projects related to our global Supply Chain Savings Transformation ‘Performance+’. This includes driving project timelines, results & stakeholder engagement to deliver the ambitions envisioned. We are seeking a candidate with project management skills, ideally gained in an international Supply Chain environment, who has a strong interest or affinity with tools such as Power BI and Shibumi / saving tracker tools. Expertise in these areas is not required; we value your passion and willingness to learn. Your strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills support you in excelling in this role.
You will be part of our Result Delivery Office (RDO), a young and vibrant team which consists of FrieslandCampina colleagues, supported by external consultants. This team drives the Global Supply Chain savings transformation (15,000 FTE and over 50 factories) ultimately delivering 500 EURM cost savings and cash. In this transformation, 6 workstreams and Business Groups jointly deliver the savings via thousands of initiatives, ranging from local bottom up initiatives to bigger cross functional initiatives. Savings and progress are reported every month via Power BI and underlying savings reporting tooling. Stakeholder engagement, governance, tools and reporting are crucial driving the success of this transformation.
What we ask
- Academic degree preferably in business, Supply Chain or equally relevant
- > 5 years experience within an international working environment, preferably FMCG business
- > 5 years experience in project management
- Experience in change management & transformation projects
- Experience with IT tools (Power BI / savings tools etc)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
- State-of-the-art stakeholder management skills in order to bring various stakeholders together, from senior level to shopfloor level
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities: can build trust, align disciplines and priorities and optimize projects for the best solution for RFC.
- You are a go-getter, result oriented, a self-starter, analytical, structured, flexible, a team player, a challenger, an advisor and operate with a growth mindset

Vacancy description
The position is part of the Result Delivery Office which will give you the opportunity to work on diverse and multiple projects related the global Performance+ agenda. The most relevant tasks / responsibilities:
Project management
- Run projects related to our global Supply chain savings transformation. These project cover f.e.:
- Integrating two savings tracker systems into one. Your role is to lead this project from start until the aftercare.
- Continuously preparing updates (numerical and text) towards our senior stakeholder on the Performance + program. Your role is to make sure the right message is delivered towards each audience.
- Within the above projects, you make sure to:
- Drive project timelines and results to deliver the project outcomes according to schedule
- Report on status, progress, issues, risks, actions / decisions and escalations
- De-escalate issues and remove roadblocks
- Plan, lead and drive project meetings
Change management
- Develop and implements structured change initiatives for the Performance+ savings. Prepares, together with the RDO team, communications and P+ related meetings, to ensure engagement and commitment to changes within the P+ stakeholder community (~200 colleagues directly involved).
- Cooperate with SC stakeholders to sustain the transformation.
Stakeholder management
- Communicates with relevant stakeholders on the projects in scope.

You will become part of the Global Supply Chain Results Delivery Office (RDO) within the Supply Chain Operational Excellence (Opex) and Digital team. The RDO consists currently of 2 FrieslandCampina colleagues, supported by external consultant and Finance. The team is based in the Netherlands.
