As part of the FrieslandCampina Professional French team & an international team member of peer chefs you will have a key-role to develop the brand & products awareness in the French HoReCa channel using your culinary skills and know-how.

Culinary Advisor

What we ask

  • Bac Pro level minimum
  • More than 5 years of experiences in HoReCa as a chef, affinity for pastry
  • Computer literacy, knowledge in basic IT tools (e.g. MS Office). Experience with social media platforms is an advantage
  • Agility/flexibility on hours & working days (demonstrations/fairs during weekend)
  • Good speaker for demonstrations
  • Driving license is a must
  • Fluent in French, good level in English (both written & spoken)

Vacancy description

  • Co-develop and implement knowledge sharing & trainings for internal (Marketing & Sales teams) and external (sales representatives, telesales etc.) customers through the:
    • Creation and construction of workshops
    • Development and translation of new trends, culinary techniques
  • Support the front- and backend innovation process through:
    • Translating trends, new culinary techniques, operator issues/opportunities into business opportunities (ideas for innovation are very welcome!)
    • Supporting the platform leaders/managers and R&D in translating operator insights to ideas and concepts on project briefings
    • Supporting/advising innovation project teams on project brief and product development through e.g. product testing
  • Support Marketing team to develop sales tools (culinary inspiration, selling story...) and content for Horeca channel (Offline/online content) into creating culinary inspiration and selling stories for brochures, magazines and social media.
  • Work strongly together and share a kitchen with the French Pastry advisor
  • Display your culinary skills at customer demonstrations & trade fairs (national and regional)
  • Support the national network (Chefs ambassadors & partners), being the linking pin of a strong network of chefs and the company

The Culinary Advisor role is to support the global business. Parted of the Marketing Team, he/she works closely with the International Culinary advisors community, Sales & Marketing departments and key internal & external stakeholders to increase brand awareness, brand credibility and physical distribution of FrieslandCampina products.
