Program Manager transformation Global QC
Design and deliver the QC-transformation agenda for supply chain for Friesland Campina. The program manager has the task of managing the different projects that are part of the QC-improvement program to ultimately achieve the projects deliverables. The program manager organizes and guides the project teams, is responsible for ensuring that the projects run on time schedule and leads to quality control improvements.
A program manager QC transformation knows the basics of a high reliability culture and acts with a value management mindset and in accordance with the risk based project management principles.
What we ask
- Academic degree, preferably in relevant technical field (chemistry, analytical, food technology, process engineering, microbiology, etc.)
- >5y experience in Quality improvement management in execution positions.
- >5y experience in LEAN/6σ and Continuous Improvement applications.
- Experience in project management activities
- Proven track record of delivering performance improvement through the application of standards, capabilities and digital solutions in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities: can build trust and bring people together, align disciplines and priorities; and optimize projects for the best solution for RFC.
- Analytical, independent, flexible, solution oriented.

Vacancy description
- Design, shape and deliver the QC-improvement agenda
- Support on the design of global performance management and performance improvement standards, capabilities for Quality Control in Manufacturing.
- Deploy standards, capabilities and solution in global and local entities to achieve full global coverage.
- Drive global and local performance culture and performance improvement through the proper application of standards, capabilities, solutions and ways-of-working
- Lead large multidisciplinary projects or involving multiple parties and reports to the principal.
- Ensures execution of quality control improvement projects, by coaching and developing execution teams, defining scope and activities, and managing uncertainties.
- Accountable for quality control improvement projects orientation, preparation & execution, implementation and stakeholder management
- Challenge global and local entities on performance and performance improvement opportunities to drive performance improvement related to Quality Control
