Marvin started his FrieslandCampina journey in the Philippines with Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC), where he worked in commercial finance and focused on driving business growth through solid financial planning. Eager to take on new challenges, he moved to Malaysia to be part of a bold greenfield project — which later became Project BigBlue, Dutch Lady Malaysia’s milestone factory that now doubles the production capacity of the previous plant. Once the project went live, Marvin stepped into a new role in Supply Chain Finance, continuing to bring value through smart, data-driven decision-making.

Looking back, Marvin highlights two moments that stand out most. In the Philippines, he helped turn around profit through Revenue Growth Management — a big win for the business. In Malaysia, being part of building Project BigBlue from the ground up was an unforgettable experience.
