With 24/7 incoming milk (1 million kg raw milk/hour) Planning & Logistics is in the heart of Milk valorization, from forecasting, demand planning into a complex processing network of product transformation (Milk, cream, cheese, butter, cream, yogurt, ingredient, evaporated, special nutrition…), packaging and distribution to our customers.

My current role is Global S&OP Planning manager. With the Global S&OP team we strive to be the leading force in S&OP planning and drive valorization of all RFC milk, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and value creation for all stakeholders. I love the complexity of the planning puzzle and the daily challenges that it brings. it requires a strong analytical team, and at the same time collaborate with all stakeholders to maximize the End-to-End valorisation. - Patrick Kuijpers
