With 24/7 incoming milk (1 million kg raw milk/hour) Planning & Logistics is in the heart of Milk valorization, from forecasting, demand planning into a complex processing network of product transformation (Milk, cream, cheese, butter, cream, yogurt, ingredient, evaporated, special nutrition…), packaging and distribution to our customers.

In a close partnership with Operational Excellence (actionable insights), we are constantly raising the bar on our capabilities, (e.g. OWOW; standardized way of working throughout the globe).
